A previous version of last Friday’s article “Council
Deadlocks on School Funding Increase” incorrectly
stated that the School District had lifted two clauses in
its settlement agreement with Winston Braham.
The district only lifted the clause that prohibits the former
CFO from speaking publicly about District finances without
permission from District officials. The district did not lift
the clause barring Braham from making disparaging statements.
The Lookout regrets the error.
