Burglary Suspects Arrested By Lookout Staff Sept. 25 -- Police arrested three burglary suspects Wednesday morning after stopping a suspicious vehicle in the northeast side of the city and finding that it contained evidence of their crime. A search of the vehicle -- which police stopped in the area of Montana Avenue and Yale Street at 10:30 a.m. -- tied the suspects to an earlier residential burglary that occurred in the City of Los Angeles. The suspects -- who were arrested and taken to the Santa Monica Jail -- have been identified as Bruce Campbell 24; Clayton Henderson, 18, and Brandon Robinson, 21, all of them Los Angeles residents. Campbell and Henderson were booked for burglary and felony probation violations with no bail. Robinson was booked for burglary, and his bail was set at $75,000. On Wednesday night, Detectives from the Santa Monica Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department served two search warrants related to recent residential burglaries in the Santa Monica and Los Angeles areas. Additional evidence was recovered during the searches linking the suspects to these and other crimes. Detectives from Santa Monica are working with other law enforcement agencies. On Thursday, the District Attorney’s Office filed several counts of burglary and other related crimes against all three suspects.
