Shots Reportedly Fired in Pico Neighborhood By Lookout Staff August 26 -- A man told police he was followed and fired at Saturday morning in the Pico Neighborhood but no evidence of the incident was found, police said. The victim told police that he was driving westbound on Kansas Avenue when he saw the suspects' vehicle following him. The victim got out of his vehicle, and one of the two suspects followed suit, firing one shot in the victim's direction. The suspect got back into his vehicle and drove out of the area, the victim told police. Officers assigned to the Pico Neighborhood Task Force, as well as the beat officers, conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate any evidence. The suspects are described as two male Hispanics between 20 and 25 years of age. One is has short black hair and was wearing a white short sleeve shirt; the other has brown hair. The suspects' vehicle is described as a dark-colored 1960's Chevrolet, Camaro damaged in the front end.
